What is a Reheat?

In a world where society's restless rhythm reshapes us, there's a way to reclaim our mental agility and reconnect with our senses. Reheat weekends, born in 2016, are built on the belief that our mental structures are reflected in the way we move. Through embodied play, we can expand our minds and move deeply away from daily stresses and personal history, immersing in exploration and self-discovery. A little play can go a long way.

Cleaning Yourself

Do you currently find it difficult to feel inner calm? Do you feel disconnected from your body and boundaries? Experiencing re-occuring tension in specific places in your body? Are you low in energy and not feeling very creative? Navigating these common obstacles is what we practice at Reheats. Expect a dynamic, safe space with like-bodyminded in central Antwerp that will reheat your connection with yourself and clean you physically, emotionally & mentally.

What you will experience

Feel at home in your own body and map your boundaries Disconnect from your 'daily life' immersed in rich nature Get unstuck faster by injecting more play into your days Connect with a like-minded artists, entrepreneurs, athletes, coaches, etc. Heal old injuries by connecting your body as one whole See new options for your life by nourishing your creativity and curiosity

The Reheat Teachers

Natalia Pieczuro is an artist: performer and teacher who has received education in TCM and is an instructor of Fighting Monkey Practice (engaged with it since 2006). She shares her practices traveling worldwide and through online grid: in form of workshops (for general public - open or for specialized groups (theater, dance, business etc),private classes and coaching, guided sessions and more. She also offers massage therapy. She assists Jozef Frucek in Fighting Monkey Mentorship (practical sessions) since 2019. If she would be asked to close with a quote she would say: "All I ask is that you step with me into the boundlessness, where constancy, quietude and peace, infinite emptiness reign."

Olivier Goetgeluck has been coaching driven people in sports, business & personal development for over 12 years to reconnect to their body, get unstuck & take creative action. He is trained in somatic system Vegetative Training that is oriented at self-healing through non-doing and received 7+ years of education in the innovative human development platform Fighting Monkey Practice. If Olivier would be asked to close with a question he would ask: "What is it, in you, that wants to move?"

Sunday

Same frame. The intensity deepens - longer practices, more sustained attention, more space for what's emerging in the group.
The second day isn't pre-written. It's shaped by what happened on Saturday: what the group noticed, where the friction was, what each person is working on. We compile it live. You're not being moved through a protocol. You're part of what forms the day.

The frame is organized so people see there's structure. Inside it, the content adapts to who’s in the room.

Further Practicalities

Studio Carwash, is an artistic space for movement, bodywork, and creation. Black professional dance floor, room to move, the quiet of a hidden cave in the middle of the city. Plenty of food options nearby.
