Teaching

Learning through the body, together.

Approach

Natalia's teaching starts from the premise that the body already knows more than we give it credit for — the work is in slowing down enough to listen. Classes move between structured exercises and open exploration, building a shared vocabulary of movement without flattening anyone's individual way of moving.

Sessions are designed for a range of experience levels. No prior dance or movement training is assumed; what's asked for is curiosity and a willingness to stay with sensation rather than rush past it.

Framework
01

Sense

Beginning each session by arriving in the body as it actually is that day — noticing before shaping.

02

Structure

Introducing a clear physical task or sequence, giving the group a shared reference point to work from and against.

03

Open

Returning the structure to improvisation, letting each person find their own version of what was practiced.
