Natalia works at the intersection of movement, touch, and teaching — building spaces where the body is studied slowly, and felt fully. Her training spans somatic practice, dance, and manual bodywork, and her sessions and classes draw from all three without settling into any single method.
Originally trained as a dancer, she moved toward bodywork and teaching after several years performing, drawn to the slower, more attentive pace those practices demanded. She now splits her time between teaching, private bodywork sessions, and collaborative projects with other artists.
