Bodywork

Attention, applied by hand.

Practice

Bodywork here is slow, specific, and led by what the body presents — not a fixed protocol.

Each session begins with a short conversation about what's present — pain, tightness, fatigue, or simply curiosity — before moving into hands-on work. Sessions draw on training in somatic and manual therapies, adapted to what the individual body needs that day.

This work is well suited to performers and movers managing the physical demands of practice, as well as anyone looking for a more attentive alternative to standard massage.
